Are you satisfied with your repair?
When you report a repair to the Association, it is automatically logged onto our system. Upon completion, we aim to carry out a telephone satisfaction survey of at least 20% of all reactive repairs. We also issue satisfaction survey forms to all tenants involved in planned maintenance works and where medical adaptations have been carried out. Both types of survey ask for tenants’ feedback regarding the repair, improvement or adaptation. All responses are important to us as they enable us to monitor contractors’ performance as well as determining tenants’ satisfaction with the Association’s repairs service.
